CHANGE OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORM “EUROCHEM-1 FD”

Completed the reorganization in the form of transformation into JSC “Eurochem-1 FD” in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 58 of the RF CG, JSC “Eurochem-1 FD” is the legal successor of LLC “Eurochem-1 FD”. A change in the legal form does not entail any changes in the rights and obligations of EuroChem-1 FD with respect to its counterparties and partners. The agreements concluded earlier by EuroChem-1 FD LLC continue to apply, the rights and obligations thereunder carries out JSC “Eurochem-1 FD”.
